But get this, when it got to the login screen, apparently the keyboard was spamming something so I couldn't even connect a USB keyboard as a temp. solution. So I shut it off, waited an hour or two, but to no avail. Now, the laptop started shutting down for no reason (it's at full charge, and even when connected to the charger it shuts down).

The keyboard on my Aspre E-13 stopped working (I had to use a USB keyboard) I tried everything eventually resorting to a complete factory reset but even that did not work. I then tried the Battery reset pinhole (the very small hole on the base) and that worked OK.

It may be a problem with the keyboard, or it may just be that the keyboard connector is loose. If you do not feel safe disassembling the notebook, I suggest that you send the notebook to a repair center for the technician to evaluate the notebook.
